How do i order?
First, you have to order a free SmartWeb demo, this demo can be upgraded to a live solution at any time. This is done under "Subscription" in your SmartWeb administration.

Can i change package?
Yes. You can do this under "Subscription" in your SmartWeb administration
Can i use my own domain?
Yes of course. You can buy or move domains under "Subscription" in your SmartWeb administration.
How do i pay?
When your solution is ordered via "Subscription" in your SmartWeb administration, you will immediately get an invoice for the first six months. The invoice is to be paid via bank transfer.
Can i get my own design?
Of course. We recommend one of our certified partners, who are skilled in online store designs. You can do the setup yourselves or have us help you. If you already have a design, then feel free to contact us, and we will set it up for you. Read more here.
When can i unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe when you want. You can under "Subscription" in your SmartWeb administration cancel your subscription. Your online store and subscription will then expire after the current period. Read our terms here.
How much does updates cost?
Updates are free, because they are included in the subscription. We update SmartWeb approximately two times a week.
